Cupid Cash pays out at $5.00. And they pay reliably too.
I think I would give Fusion Cash a 5 out of 5, but there are a few things I don't like about them. The main thing is the 180 day expiration of offers if you don't cashout.  and the 25.00 is kind of high, although I generally don't cashout of a lot of sites at less than that. FC definitely is one of the best GPT sites, and I've cashed out several times. But Cupid Cash is my personal favorite.
