Do you think when someone spells my name wrong I should say something?  It doesn't bother me - but maybe they should know so when they find out they don't feel rude?

You may want to kindly correct them, this can be done a number of ways

Tell a story about a childhood friend getting in touch with you and how they always spelled your name "give different spelling then they use" and say you'd always have to correct her "give correct spelling"

Have someone ask you in front of them how do you spell your name again

If you have a nickname maybe suggest they start using that

People always spell my name wrong and it's super annoying.  I don't even have a hard name to spell - Melissa.  I've seen Malisa, Melisa, Mellisa, among others.  Even someone I've known for over 10 years asked me how to spell my name.  Now that's annoying.  Really?  Even though it's on my dang Facebook profile!!  Sorry for the vent.  Yes, I feel your pain.

do it as soon as you hear it misspoken or see it misspelled.  it will prevent it from being more awkward later on

A lot of people put an "h" in mine but I don't really care unless its something important.

I totally understand you guys.
My name is Cristina.
But its spelled WITHOUT the H.
Its the spanish spelling of my name, im guessing
unfortunatly, EVERYONE my entire life, has spelled my name with an H.
Expect my boyfriend now.
