If dealing with the company is not working call your card company and complain. Have them issue a chargeback!

Go back and talk to a manager.  The cashier probably just didn't know what she/he was doing.

I don't think risking a third charge is worth it to be honest. I say a chargeback done over the phone is warranted.

Honesty is key, be sincere, and I know it is upsetting but handle it in a professional manner and the manager will be more keen to help you.  If that doesnt work you can take it up with corporate, or call your card company and explain.

Best of luck.

Thanks all for the response, i did got the 1 charge back, and the store manager was quite good but, was rude finally i had to end up with disputing the Service rep's mistake she said everything is fine in her end and will not return the first charge they took, then i had to dispute, finally she did return the money in my hand itz all that service girl's mistake but, i had to spend 2 hrs that day to meet this sup and talk talk talk........ finally got my money back...... i wont go back to that store again and will not sign any slips without seeing whatz in there..... i wont say itz my fault i asked that ridiculous rep many times it doesnt look like a return many times, she said no it is  return for sure.... i didnt go way beyond to fight, finally at the time i had to give up that time she returned the money..... i was exhauted with that lady i will never buy from that store again

I am glad you got it worked out, things like that can be such a pain.  I had a few issues like that with priceline, only I was ignored.  I will never do business with them again.

I wouldn't give them a chance to charge me a third time. I agree with Cuppycake.
