Hi I have the same issue and I wrote support and provided proof that I completed each offer by showing the conformation email each offer sent me.  They only gave me $2.00 and apologized for the companies that haven't given me credit yet.  They also told me that they can not control those that do not have the manual thing.  Also they said that those that haven't turned yet still could but if they do not there is nothing they can do. It is an upsetting fact that some of the offers do that but all I can say is stick with it and perhaps sooner or latter they will go POP and you will see the $$$$$$$$$$$$ from those offers.  One other thing to remember make sure you always read the small print on each offer because you may wind up paying allot more then you think if you are not careful.
