A lot of sites have different minimum cashout requirements. I guess Fusioncash has a $25 cashout because one they want active members, and two you may be more inclined to stay on the site after your first cashout. I know in some other GPT i quit after cashing out once or twice cuz the payout seemed so low.

yeah on most site the hope is that you get discouraged before your reach the cashout minimum, so they generally dont have to pay up.
Not really the case here, as it is quite easy to make cash  ;D

I think its to encourage members to be active and to increase earnings overall - for both members and FC administrators.

basically what every one else is saying, to keep members active so they reach the minimum payout.

Why does it take so long to cashout?

If you are active, I don't think it takes long to cash out at all!  I'm ready to and I've been a member like 5 days.
