Paid Offer Question

My room mate used to have a Netflix account (she canceled it several months ago).  Is it okay for me to sign up and get credit since we share the same address?   I know not to sign up for an offer that I have had previously, but I didn't know if being at the same address would be considered "same household."  Don't want to raise any red flags or do anything that could be considered fraud.
