Quality Insurance Offer

Hello, this is my first post. I am new at this and was just wondering if I did something wrong when I responded to the Quality Insurance Offer. I am looking for new car insurance and I filled out my information and I went to one of the sites Quality brought up for me, but I have not received a credit for my participation. Do you have to talk to someone on the phone instead? It was kind of vague. The offer I received from my quote was not one I wanted to get because it was not competitive with what I already had, so I did not go with that company. However, I just wanted to make sure I had done this offer correctly.
