Not being allowed to complete an offer

I am trying  to complete several offers (free trials); however, when I enter  my info/credit card #, it says  that I am making a replicate order, and denies payment. When I fill out information, my info  is already stored  in the application's  'memory';  could  this  be it? Do I have  cookie problems?

This ALSO HAPPEND TO ME, I believe is because in my case, the company is the same even when the products are not. In addition the charge they made on the credit card is called the same thing, even for different products; take a closer look to see if what I’m saying applies to you.
