Emusic - How to cancel the account

Hey if someone has successfully cancelled the free trial acc from Emusic please tell me how to do that! I cancelled it myself from the page and I did receive the confirmation email saying that my acc had been cancelled and I wouldnt be charged anything.
However the monthly fee shows up in my bank statement for last month! I went back to emusic and still can login but my account always leads me to Reactivation! I couldnt find the Cancel button anywhere, only the Upgrade! I dont understand if my acc is not at all activated how could they charge me for that? And how to cancel that damn acc? I emailed them yesterday but so far just received some automatic response! Help, please! Thanks!
