giveus2cents is not credited

i completed my survey with Give us 2 cents it says congratulations and when its  not credited it says check account instead but i didnt get the money.help me what to do.

ive done itr 2 days now and still not credired  im getting frustrated  it said complete  so i was all done with it both times :sad1:
