in the daily task what is mean by 151 available 24c  and 141 available 20c? ther eare 2tasks...

It means that there are two different types of tasks available.  What you would do for the task for $0.24 would be different than what you would do for the one for $0.20 (most likely).

When they say that there are '151 available', it means that there are 151 different opportunities to earn $0.24 for that specific task.  So, if you did two sets of those, you'd earn $0.48 and there'd be 149 left for you or others to do.

go to offers click on daileys   click on the more offer banner says reward varies  and look for tab that says dailey tasks   good luck on those   i cant do them duh

Thank you!!  Found the area....but it says "tasks available" and then there is white space lol.  So I guess that means I have 0 tasks available to do

Wow, thanks for bringing this to my attention! I just joined a few days ago and every time I checked this page there was nothing there! So I was going to give up on it, but I just checked that page and I have tasks to do! I'm going to give them a try and report back if there's anything to report.
