Account balance Dropping????
« on: April 02, 2010, 05:05:51 am »
I am confused and concerned. Yesterday my account balance was over $27, and for some reason upon waking this morning, I find my current balance to be less than $22. I was just wondering if someone could shed some light on this situation.  ??? ???javascript:void(0);

go to your account page look at your list of credit  see if anything might have been revoked  check your email too  Fc sends you an email if you were revoked for an offer

If you have been completed offers from 6 months ago without cashing out, they expire.  You may not have been with FC that long, but credit given from offers expires after 180 days without cashing out.

I joined on March 29th this yr., 2 days ago, I understand the 180 day rule ,but after only 2days it just doesn't make sense to me that this would be happening. I have also have not received any emails about revoked offers. :(

You probably didn't follow all of the rules of the TOS on some offers. For example deleting a program that you downloaded when is says you have to have it for a certain time period. If not, then i strongly suggest you open a support ticket, they'll help you out.

check your account information -- it will tell you if offers are "denied" which means the money was reversed.

This is all good information to consider.  I didn't even think that stuff like that could happen.  Now I know in case it ever happens to me.

yeah, i wasn't aware this could happen either.

offers say that they take credit away if you uninstall their stuff
but i was thinking it was just a bluff.
something something rhymes with fluff.
