Just a Warning for Others Who Use Direct Deposit

How many people use your computer at home?  Sometimes too many people using a computer can leave too many things open and accidently (or purposely) change things.

I've always used direct deposit to put my fusion cash earnings into my bank account, but I noticed that this last pay period, there was no deposit into my account. I wasnt really that worried about it because it was just $31. But yesterday I was changing my direct deposit info and noticed that someone else had changed my information to go to another bank and another account. So apparently someone else ended up with my $31. I should have written the bank info down, so I could try to find out who did this, but I was so shocked/upset that I just immediately deleted all of it and just put in my new bank info. I dont know how the person got into my fusion cash account, but I'm going to change my password and keep a close eye on my direct deposit info in case someone tries to sneak in and change it again! 

I don't know if this would help anyone or not, BUT, when I log into FC, I always switch to the Secure Log In. Anyway, I plan on having a check sent to me, when I cash out.
I personally DO NOT like PayPal. Had trouble in the past with an Ebay merchant and them. Never did get my money back there. Also they recharged me for an order that I had placed through them over a year before. Luckily, I had the money in my bank account to cover it. Eventually I finally got it straight with PayPal, BUT I just don't like them.

But to each his own. Diversity is what maked the world go round.
Just wanted to let people know that this can happen and that people are hacking into accounts! Be careful!

My advice just use paypal. Then have them send you a check! Then put it in your bank account!

I use paypal and I have the debit card from them so as soon as it hit my paypal I have access to my money Yay!!!

I use Direct Deposit for my payments from FC and others. In over ten years working online, I've never had a problem with account "hijacking". I like the ease of using online banking. Plus, if you watch your accounts, you will catch any red flags and be able to address them with your financial institution immediately.

On another note, tracking should be a side task for all online activity. If you aren't keeping records of your websites, account numbers, and passwords, including fund transfers, or payouts, then you are starting unarmed when a problem develops. Track All of Your Online Activity yourself, don't expect protection if you don't use your own!!

I Agree....I haven't had a problem with Direct Deposit either.

I would use only PayPal from here-on-out if I were you. When you use PayPal, you get an email telling you when you have received money. You get to see when and where your money is going. When you get the money in your PayPal account you can have it transferred to your bank.
