u have too go to the home page and click on the bold tip then in the mild of the page then click their and fill out the from that is their.

You have to submit 30 qualifying posts. Use this link to get to the page with the form you need to fill http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php In this page you can also find the number of post for the current month and you can find a list of approved,pending and requested bonuses. Hope this helps :)
