Regarding my Email

Hi ive been a member of FC now for..a month or so. I recently reformatted my computer, so i had to install all new programs (Incredimail xe) when i Reinstalled that a bunch of things messed up. i am no longer receiving ANY emails what so ever. and ive tried and tried to fix this problem but no luck. is there any way i could make a new email account and just switch accounts? open to all advice and suggestions, thanks for your time.
