If you want to advertise on FC forum for referrals from other popular websites, then you would be violating the rules.

I think you can use the promotional ads and banners for FC on other websites to generate referrals for FC.  If you couldn't, why would FC provide them?

What you can't do is use the FC forum to advertise for referrals to other sites: you can't post links to any site you're trying to promote nor may you post links to sites that have referral links on them  (ie a personal site that contains referral links).  That is a very broad exclusion and simlicity's sake, I wouldn't post any link on FC forum.

You can, as long as it states in their rules it isn't against the site and you don't spam.

I believe the best way to get refferals for sites is to make a detailed video of how the site works, and upload it to youtube along with a refferal link.

I have created videos on youtube and have just talked about how great Fusion Cash is on my blogs etc.  Also, talk with your friends about the great experience this is over here, they'd be crazy not to check it out - come on, it's fun and easy money to make.  Fusion Cash has been a favorite site of mine and have things going in a great direction, the right direction.

That's true, but if you do that with Fusioncash you will lose your account. Read the terms, you can't walk anyone through an offer or even tell them which offers to do.
