Why are you so prompt to close Support Tickets (QUESTIONS)?? You let me ask a question, or pose a problem that I am having, THEN you send me an automatic answer and CLOSE the discussion. THEREFORE assuming that you are ALWAYS correct and I am ALWAYS wrong. Not leaving any room for futher comments, questions, suggestions OR anything from me about the same subject. IT IS LIKE SLAMMING THE DOOR IN MY FACE!!!

WHY NOT LEAVE THE SUBJECT OPEN FOR FUTHER COMMENTS FROM THE FUCIONCASH CUSTOMER ????

Leaving tickets open may cause your ticket to be lost in the shuffle of daily tickets we receive. We are able to see all tickets you have ever sent, so nothing is ever lost. We apologize for any inconvenience.
