My son did in Hawaii for a year and a half. Big pro was when you had time off it was in paradise, the big con was that was not very often. He worked 9-12 hours a day 7 days a week.

I wanted to look into it years ago.  Seemed like a cool job.  I didn't but I had a former coworker that worked on one in Hawaii as well.  I don't know what she did probably some lowly position, she's young so she probably just waited tables or cleaned rooms not too sure but from what she said about it she seemed to like it ok.  She didn't do it for long maybe a year or less.

Pros  ....Meeting New People and Learning about Other Cultures...Minimal Living Expenses...

Unique Job Experience....
 cons......Distance from Friends and Family......Cramped Quarters ....Food   so its pretty even but its up to you.
