What do you think about california making room in thier prisons?

what ive heard they let out alot of hmmmmm well lets just say questionable people such as spouse abusers

It looks like California doesn't care if these people are spouse abusers unless they kill their mate.  What a messed up world.  These same abusers do not reform they get worse.

i have mixed feeling about this. obviously i do not want someone that is not rehabilitated to be released from prison before they are ready (although they claim they are releasing people who are almost ready for parole and only those that are first time non-violent offenders) to reenter our communities and are at risk of repeating their offenses. but, on the other hand, if california doesn't cut expenses in the prison system there are going to be cutting things elsewhere. my son's school district is in a $20million deficit and the district is considering closing some schools and combining others.
