The Obopay Card offer is no longer available, but you can still sign up for it and get your free $10!!  (you just won't get credit from Fusion  )  But, $10 is still $10.     go to www.obopay.com 

Obopay IS in fact still offered here at FC. If you go to Search Offers, which is on the main page where your offers are...look under where the tabs are that read: Forum-Account-Offers-Support, Logout & under where it reads, "No Catch, Just Cash", you'll see a Search Offers button. Put your cursor on the words Search Offers and a search box will pop up. Enter Obopay & the offer pops right up for me. There is a $4.00 credit if you sign up for it here.

Do you have to have a cell phone to do this offer? My cell provider charges for incomming and out going text messages, so I just wanted to know if there was a way around it?
