A doctor told me once not to do any of those diet plans. Theyre just an excuse to make money. The only thing that really works is eating healthy and excersize. Although im sure if you really want to pay extra money to loose as much weight as healthy eating and excersize sure why not. Although none of those diets work without excersize.

Its a great source of antioxidants, but I wouldn't recommend investing in its diet plan that will soak up all your money
