pending.... cashout help!

yea, its said pending cash out for a while now....     2007-11-17 is when i cashed out.... i don't know what's happening.... any help would be great. its the 22 and i'm getting worried that I'm not ever going to get anything. i have 30$ yet to receive

No matter when you cash out in the month you will receive payment around the 20th of the following month.   So.....if you cashed out on 11/17...........you can expect payment around the 20th of December.
You have until the end of every month to cash out for the payment on the 20th of the next month.
