you cannot, in good faith, do that offer if you have health insurance at all. I do. and most probably have some form of health insurance.

I agree - it also has income requirements.

You can actually get prescriptions for free directly from the pharmaceutical companies if you look online, on websites such as this one: http://www.rxassist.org/ But the card will get you a percentage off of prescriptions, with generics getting the best discounts, and name brand getting 5-15% off.
