Welcome! Yes it is very reliable at least for a little extra spare cash in your spare time. Unless you're getting a crapload of referrals daily then I doubt it will become your source of cash but it is nice to have around when you're bored or maybe you don't have a job etc.
I started last November and have already received a payment from FC. So it definitely works. (Just look at all the banners of those who've been paid!)
