just curious about referrals...do you earn any % of what your referrals earn?  or is it just the $1 dollar for them to sign up
$2 dollars for the first offer
and
$5 everytime they cash out??? thank you

That is right Jason, but I can tell you that this is by far the best referral.  For that action on other programs if someone does that I might make .30.  Here, I would make $3.00. 10 times the pay!  You really have to spend your time finding programs like this one because there are some great ones out there, but there are tons of programs that are not worth the time.

this is by far the best site I have found, I get lots of emails from others, and it seems impossible to get to a thirty dollar limit, and more than that, how, you almost have to use a credit card, also referrals, I am not referring my people to them sites for all that trouble, this one, I recently told my mom about, I was waiting to see if I got paid, yes I am a skeptic when it comes to stuff like this, but now, I think I will encourage her to join.

About half of my referrals have done nothing. I'm wondering how to encourage more people that, you know, do things.

Do not be discouraged.  I know what you mean about referrals joining and then doing nothing, but if you keep getting referrals, eventually some of them will see the light and then you will be earning on auto pilot. If you are willing to be persistent and keep learning, you will see progress.  When I have worked for others, I could bust my tail and it never mattered.  I could only make what they decided to pay me.  Online, I control what I make by being creative and not dwelling on my referrals that do not want to be successful, but finding more that do.
