Here is a great no-bake Pineapple CheeseCake Receipe:

Easy pineapple cheesecake is made with a graham cracker crust in a springform pan.
Ingredients:
•1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
•2 tablespoons melted butter
•1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
•1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
•1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
•16 ounces whipped topping
Preparation:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, reserving 2 tablespoons; press into the bottom of an 8 to 9-inch springform pan; chill. Whip cream cheese with confectioners' sugar until fluffy; stir in pineapple. Fold whipped topping into the pineapple mixture; spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs; chill thoroughly.
Makes 8 servings.

 I do this without the pineapple, but add cherry pie filling to the top.. You mix the cream cheese, cool whip, and sugar together,, put in grahmme cracker crust, and let that cool in the fridge awhile, and then put the cherry pie filling on top,, and a dab of cool whip on top of that .. YUM YUM !!!

There is always pumpkin, apple, cherry or pecan pie from the frozen department at the grocery store if you are in a pinch for time!
