Depends on the boss, lol.  I have a good relationship with mine she texts us all, the information age has gotten us again...

its fine i guess if its work related and all, if its personal phone i would question why it would be a neccesary thing to have, because it doesnt feel right to know that your boss can call you at any hour of the day.
