I go take a walk or turn up heavy metal really loud. However my fiance and daughter like to throws things which makes me mad.

yeah i would say i do a little too much lately...funny how nothing bothered me as much before i had a child and got married. LIFE IS SOOOO Hard sometimes. i yell a lot, it's pretty embarrassing wish i could do the whole count thing like they taught us back in school...hmmm

It depends what triggers it. If I fail at a video game (like a song on Guitar Hero or what have you), I kind of just go "Hmph" and get on with my life. Other times, when stupid people try to explain or do something much like themselves, I am usually more outspoken. I feel like the Hulk sometimes with the inability to stop myself from screaming at someone.

It just depends on what it is I'm loosing my temper over. Usually I just pop a xanax and go on about my business. But if someone is down right rude to me or my kids in front of me I loose it pretty bad. My husband has pulled me away a couple of times on people that are just being plain ignorant.
