Support Ignores Letters, too

I wrote to Fusion Cash because of my "invalid" email address (no it's not!) that I've had for years and on this site and can no longer can cash out. Funny how I can still sign in on the home page with my email address, isn't it?

Since support doesn't answer on the site, I finally wrote to them a month ago and haven't heard back, so I put a complaint in with the BBB. Surprisingly, there has only been 3 other complaints over the years. Hard to believe with so many complaints in the community forum in the past few years.

So far, the BBB have acknowledged my complaint so we'll see if FC respond. If not, I guess all the hard work I did can kiss the money goodbye. I haven't done surveys or offers since I couldn't cash out and I won't. What happens now is up to FC. Maybe a lawyer will wake them up. I am deadly serious about getting these people, whoever they are, to either fix the problems or shut down this site.

This used to be the best site for making a few pennies a month. So sad to see it become today's ignorant greedy FC. There is no reason for this to happen. They aren't honoring their own rules and regulations. You all need to realize that even if YOU don't get what you earned, FC still gets their share. So I'm giving fair warning to others; I'm not going to give up.

Exactly what happened to me! Are they trying to cheat me out of my earnings? I can't cash out, or play anymore!!!!

I don't know what is going on here. This site has been vacate for years with noone answering emails, I haven't done any surveys because I feel it's a waste of time. I do have direct deposit and feel uneasy with this company having my information stored. But they make it clear that if you end your membership, you can never come back. I think A.I. has taken over or something. I never given up in hopes of a new year and a new website but after the 1st of the year I'm out. It's ridulous

A survey taker contacted BBB to file a report and said that Fusion Cash was sold to someone else. Now who that someone is..I have no idea. I firmly belive they are allowing A.I. take over while they sit back and they don't do have any involvement with the website. Its a ghost website
