using a different email on an offer
« on: November 06, 2007, 02:46:42 pm »
Ok I set up a seperate Email to use with Fushion Cash and all of my offers so that my main one wouldn't get spammed up. But for some of the offers I have to pay for, like the cds and stuff, if I use a different email address with them, will that affect my crediting?

For any offers over $7.00, where manual crediting is an option, you must use the e-mail that you signed up with on Fusion.  For offers under $7.00, the e-mail address isn't an issue.

no it won't as long as the email is yours.... but what i do is. the ones i do free trails for or buy stuff from. to where i enter any cc info. i use my main email addy. that way if i need to call them or cancel something i know where to find the info fast. and i don't have to worry about deleting it by mistake when i delete spam mail. cause some places need the info in your email to talk to you about your account no matter why you are calling. :)

i've used a diff email then the one i signed up here with for big offers. due to the fact the email i signed up with i don't use as my main email anymore. it really does'nt matter what email you use as long as if you need to request manual credit, you can get the conform email and show that it is your email account. ( email adressed to you )

This is from the FC Crediting Page:

Offers completed with email addresses other than your FusionCash email address are not eligible for manual credit.

oh snap. I guess I won't be getting my 12 bucks then. I went and changed my Fusion Cash email to the one I used on that offer. Will that enable me to be able to get credit for it in the 7 days I have to wait?

As long as the two e-mails match you should be fine, besides, you may not have to manually request credit - it may credit on its own.

So if it says I am ineligible for manual credit for 7 days there is still an outside chance it will credit anyways? I would not complain with that  :notworthy:

There is always the chance that it will credit within the 7 days, although for the lower offers it is rare that it would credit after the first few days.  If it is $7.00 or higher and doesn't credit by the 7th day, Request Credit will appear next to the offer name.

thanks for the info. dunno how but i missed seeing that somehow. i've only had to request credit once and that was for obopay. guess i got the credit even tho it was a diff email then the one used for this, it was addressed to me by name with my info on it. i dunno. but from now on anything over 7 bucks i will use the email hooked to this account. thanks for pointing that out to me hun! :)
