Hydrate your body after you shower. Butter up with some creamy skin cream so that your skin is moist and happy.  :present:

Humidify your indoor air. You will have fewer colds if your mucous membranes are moist. Drink lots of water; see previous comment about moist mucous membranes.

I think saline nose spray is a wise precaution also; that and occasional nose irrigation with a neti pot if it's not too scary or gross to you.  :P

Take Vitamin C and Zinc. Put them at the top of your list of vitamin intake. It is the most beneficial vitamin regimen that helps prevent COVID 19.
