Yes you can.  Just go into your Account Information page and click PayPal and insert your PayPal email address.  Be sure your PayPal account is verified!

Yes you can. If you have already opted to cash out you will haveto cancel it, switch to PayPal (make sure the account is verified), then opt cash out again.

If you have not opted to cash out yet then simply switch to PayPal.
