"something went wrong" message

I took the PL survey that I usually take to get my 5 cents. I had a glitch yesterday and was not able to complete . Today I was able to complete and submit only to get "something went wrong and our engineers are looking in to it"

Needless to say I did not get credit.

This has happened in the past but not in a very long time.

I will try a different survey later but do not feel like it right now.
