My surveys are up as of now. Just completed one and was able to move on to PTC.

I read a post here that got me to try surveys on my tablet and it has been working fine for me.

Yeah FC surveys are working fine for me on desktop today.  Too bad I don't qualify so far.

Thank you for this comment, I tried it on my smartphone and they loaded right up!  Got several after reading this Friday and 1 today!  (Saturday, is normally slow so I'll try tomorrow too)

Mine has said for the last couple of days that it is down because of maintenance and to try again later.  I do wish they would fix this page.  Can't get anything done.
