auto does not accelerte when hitting gas pedal

Anyone have this issue. Have 2013 toyota corolla with 85k mileage. Just replaced oxygen sensor and did tuneup and just few days ago tried to accelerte and car slowed down. had to pull over on highway on way to work. Not sure if fuel pump or not but has happened sporadically. any ideas?

This has never happened to me so I don't know what the problem would be.  I bet that was a scary experience to mash on the pedal and it slowed down.  I hope you were not on a busy road.
