I am 82 years old for a few more days and I agree totally. I teased my dad when he turned 70 calling him an old man and he told me he felt the same as he did in high school and now i understand what he meant.

That's the classic case of mind over matter

My mom said the same thing as potluck6.  Way up in her late 90's she told me she didn't feel old until she looked in the mirror. She, by the way, lived to be 105!  Oldbuddy, you have the best attitude!  I wish I could have had all that in between experience starting at Sweet 16!
