I absolutely can't. Funny enough I took swimming lessons as a kid and did really well but I basically never went in a pool again for 20 yrs and lost the skill. Last time I tried I could only doggy paddle for a couple seconds before I would've drowned if I wasn't at the shallow end.

Yes. Also, it has been a long time. It is a great way to stay fit and not put a lot of stress on the joints.
