Tonights' Jan full moon is often called the Wolf Moon

The full moon will rise in the east after sunset on Thursday, Jan. 28, and will glow all night long, as long as cloudy conditions do not obscure the sky.

I didn't see the moon last night since it was snowing and cloudy. i did see it several times earlier in the week it was bright and beautiful.

When we were walking last night, I commented to my husband on how beautiful the moon was.  It was huge and absolutely gorgeous, a glowing golden color! I didn't know it had a name!

The moon looked so cool it was so big and bright as I was driving home from work.
