You could donate them to your local library, nursing home and retirement communities or to a women or family shelters.

Recycle, donate to school or nursery school where they can cut out the pictures for projects.

Our preschool is always happy for these kind of things to help keep the little ones busy making projects

I would probably donate them to organizations that can get some good use out of them (e.g., doctors offices, hospitals, libraries). Or, you can recycle them and switch to an online subscription.

I have taken magazines to a thrift store where I volunteer to consign and sell there.  Then I have also donated some to the shelter for battered women.  I am glad you have not just thrown it in the trash.  Help to keep things out of the landfill

Donate, recycle, give a way to friends, neighbors, crafty projects for friends & kids, use them for kitty litter, use for clean up or painting rooms.
