Crap! I was going to say skin, as well.

Is it "patience"? I don't see how it covers your body, per se, but it does grow thin the more you use it. Haha!

Hmmm... In theory, muscles get stronger/thicker the more they're used. And blood doesn't thin out. I also don't know how hair applies to the full scenario, as stevensm4 mentioned, but that would be my 2nd guess. 🤔
