I recently opened my online store on Instagram, but many buyers do not trust me because there are few subscribers. It pisses me off that people are not looking at the product, but at the number of subscribers. How can I deal with this and what should I do?

I was not aware they were selling things on Instagram, maybe take Oldbuddy suggestion and a start small.

Just wait and be patient.  If people buy they buy if they don't they don't.  You can't control what people do.  Make sure you have a good product and advertise everywhere you can.
