Actually the 10th corresponds with Jesus resurrection.

UR such a nitpicker on punctuation and spelling,i would think the EXACT date Jesus got executed would mean something to you.....but sigh,Nisan 14 in 33 CE was on a Friday,so i guess man decided to keep it on that day.

The traditional observance of Good Friday has always been as "Holy Week". Not adhering to dates. So your criticism is well & truly moot.

What you ought to be more concerned over is Christ's death for your sins and Resurrection in the flesh proving His victory.

What u ought to be more concerned about is obeying Jesus command,"keep doing this in rememberance of me"and that corresponded this year on 4/7......not a manmade tradition.

The more I read Matt 23 the more I realize how it applies to the JWs. “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.

Again, your Jesus is not the Christ of the bible. If He were, you would be more concerned with celebrating His return from the grave and not nit-picking over what your cult organization deems 'worthy' of you to observe.

Maybe you should try reading Math 24:14 and see how that ONLY applies to JWs and NOT any other sect.

I also remind you to Google in the past if eating meat on a Fri was  mortal sin by Catholics.I have a lousy short term memory now,but long term when i was a child i remember quite well the foolishness of the church.And that was 1 of many reasons why i see its part of Babylon the Great.

There are several plausible explanations as to why He wasn't recognised at first (not the least of which, the fact that nobody EXPECTS to see a dead man appear in front of them) This in no way is proof that it was not the same body He died to. The texts make this explicitly clear- particularly when Jesus makes a point of showing His body that was pierced to them.

Russell's laughably bad explanation that Jesus body 'dissolved' in the grave serves no purpose in the world. Why would Jesus conquer the grave to come back in a body His disciples wouldn't recognise? He fancied a supernatural version of hide & seek? It's absurd.

John 20:29  29 Jesus said to him: “Because you have seen me, have you believed? Happy are those who have not seen and yet believe.

When your heart isnt right,thats why you dont understand.Faith is involved here,NOT sight.

Faith in who, though? The watchtower version of Jesus? That Jesus cannot save you, since you divested Him of His divinity. If He is not God incarnate, He cannot make the sacrifice for the remission of sin.

Blind faith in whatever the Watchtower tells you is your problem.

Its truly tiring using the bible to convince you Jesus isnt God.He is Gods  begotten son.He is first-born of creation.He was born again as a man.He died as a man.Jehovah is everlasting.He admits Jehovah is God and that he is his God.He never challeneges Jehovahs True God.
