bbq sauce papaya style
« on: April 07, 2020, 05:30:52 pm »
Since I wasn't sure if I liked fresh papaya or not.  The kids didn't seem to really enjoy it to much.  I turned have of it into home made bbq sauce cooking some spare ribs in it right now.  It is pretty good.  And as usual I didn't right down what I used to make the sauce.  I will slow cook the ribs over night.    Use it for dinner tomorrow.

Sounds pretty good. Would put it on pork or chicken when grilling outdoors.

Wow that sounds delicious although I don't know if I like papaya either.  I think it is awesome and creative for you to use something you had to make something new and ribs sound delicious.  Enjoy ! and take care.

Sounds good.  Fruit in sauces make them delicious.

That sounds like it might taste really good on ribs or chicken; something I might try.
