Entering my info.

I have been trying to enter my info.into my account so I can do surveys. ever since I joined I keep getting this error below.

Hmmm, what kind of info are you trying to enter? Where on the site are you doing it? I think with all that's going on in the world right now, it's been my experience that some sites are a lot slower than normal.

Do you go to the Fusion Cash Survey page and just attempt any survey? Do you get that message with every single survey that you attempt? What surveys are giving you this message?

I do not believe that you have to have entered any info into your account to attempt surveys on the FC survey page.

Just go to the FC Survey page. Click on the surveys and see what happens.

If you go to the FC survey page, at the top, on the left hand side are profiles. I do not know if it is required to enter your profiles in order to do surveys but mine are all checked off. However, I realize that it is probably time for me to update.

To Everyone answering:  I go to my account then to account settings & info. I type in all the
info required and hit save and I get that error message above every-time. when I try to do a survey it tells me  i must complete my account setting before I can do the survey.

Sometimes the survey is not working and it gives the error
