i really like this time of year but it does get very busy.Living up north the days are a lot shorter and the weather can screw you up too! it has already snowed a couple of times which makes it harder for me to get around :present: :peace:

It is a very busy time of the time year especially at work because everyone is trying to spend the money allocated to their budget for the year and we in the finance department are super busy trying to make sure everything is process and meet all the deadlines.  That is why I start Christmas shopping so early because the overtime is ridiculous.  We are doing Christmas the weekend after the official date because some of the kids will be out of time and I will be exhausted just from working.

Yes, I hate being so busy.  I'm extremely busy now because I had to move, get storage, find place to rehome the cats, and still looking for permanent housing.  Then my mail got messed up and so haven't received mail and trying to contact every place that sent mail to me  that I was expecting and having them resend to me.  Unpacking, still can't find stuff and no time to make all my medical appointments.

I think I would have preferred that.  I've had to have a lot of tests done recently...endoscopies, colonoscopy, 2 cat scans, etc.  There's been 1 a week for over a month.  Yuck.

Yes.  I hate being so busy all the time too.  Thought when I retired, this would change.  Seem to be busier and busier the older I get.
