Well today  is my husbands  birthday.  although he prefers to  forget it. Not going to happen . So far I have not said a word but it is coming when he least expects it.  Besides I am waiting until tomorrow at the Ministry where we volunteer and then the crew will sing  Happy Birthday to him.   He  just thinks I have forgot.

We have certainly enjoyed the Labor Day weekend! The boys were home from college, and my husband has an extra two days off from work. We decided to grill out on Saturday evening, because we weren't sure if it was going to rain or not on Sunday (boys had to go back to college on Monday afternoon). So we had steak and pork, baked potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Yum, yum!  Hope everybody else had a great Labor Day weekend as well!  :peace:

Today is the last party day of the summer. Now I look forward to the weekend and full football season is in  and I will enjoy the rest of the year :)

Two birthdays celebrated today. We all went out to eat at Olive Garden and had a lovely meal and a free dessert. I chose Tiramasu for us all. It was yummy!

We were going to visit the St. Louis Arch today, but there was a Cardinal game going on and there was terrible traffic and no parking anywhere. Plus some cop yelled and gesticulated at me for no good reason (according to me and my passengers.)

You on my side or what?!  :angel11:

Unfortunately, Labor Day was just another work day for me but at least it was my short 4 hour shift day.  I was done by 11 am and then got to go grocery shopping and do laundry.  Just another day !!
