Maybe not intentionally...but I was running the other day and got caught in the rain and it felt nice running in the summer rain.  I used to go hiking in the rain when I was in high school and early in college.

It's fun to run out in the pouring & just be totally care-free, but when it starts lightening, that's what ruins it haha..

No you are never too old to dance in the rain.  I actually do believe that even though I don't follow it.  I am always so uptight, stressed, and worried.  It has been a long time since I have let loose enough to dance in the rain.  I need to though.  Its supposed to rain this weekend, maybe I'll try it.

I'm 53, and I still play in the rain. I just  disguise it by saying, "I'm going to dump the buckets in the rain barrel now," or "I have to dig channels from the rain gutters to the garden." I'm still having the fun, but I'm getting something useful done at the same time. In any case, my husband sees right through me. When I come in dripping, muddy, and thoroughly happy, he says, "You just love to play in the rain, don't you??"

I am almost 30 and I still play in the sprinkler when I am doing yard work. Not a thing wrong with it. More people ened to stop and remember what it was like to have fun!

i definitely don't think anyone's too old to play in the rain  ;D
i love rain so much.

but you know, i bet if any of us drove past the yard of a 75-year-old
woman and she was playing in the rain, we'd all take a second
glance, grow a bit confused, and think she was losing it.
you can't deny that it would be an odd sight...

BUT, in theory, we're never too old to play in the rain.
just do it in your backyard where the neighbors won't mistake you
for a weirdo, right?  ::)

I love it.  I can just see that little woman dancing in the rain.  That's great, and no I don't think that you are ever to old to play in the rain. ;D

I dont think you are ever to old to play in the rain. I do believe however that after a certain age you will be looked as crazy for doing so.
~It's just my opinion...don't be mad at me~

I agree, you are NEVER to old to play in the rain or mud.  Singin' and dancin' in the rain is sooo much fun -- just like Gene Kelly did!   :wave:
