This is the only thing I found in the Off Topic discussion. There is nothing in the subforums stating that they will not pay $3 forum bonus for posting in subforums. And there is nothing stating in the promotions page of not getting rewarded the $3 bonus for posting in there. Also, there are some members on here that have been with FC for a long time and the
didn't even know they don't get credited for the postings you do in off topic subforums and promotions forum. Kind of misleading in a way. Because people just think they can post anywhere in the forums thinking they are going to get that $3 forum bonus not matter what. There should be a rule posted by FC in those subforums that if they post in that specific forum it will not count towards your 30 posts needed for the $3 forum bonus. WHich is fine because it requires more posting in other forums that do count towards the forum bonus. So now, how I usually handle that now is I make sure I post in Offers, Support, and Fusioncash forums and try and help people in those forums.
Maybe it was an off-topic subforum that is denied as a forum bonus post, and other off-topic post are allowed (?)
I looked in TOS but it doesn't say this.
This ones says one forum is denied too:Admininster

When you view your posting history from your forum profile page, that will list ALL posts, even those in the "Contests & Promotions" forum which do not count towards the 30/mo required to request your bonus.
On the Forum Bonus Request Page, you can see your qualified post count for the current month -- this counter does not include posts in "Contests & Promotions" (and thus may not match your post count as you calculate from your post history). Once this counter gets to 30, you can request your bonus.
If you make multiple posts (replies) in a single topic, each post is counted towards your 30 requirement (unless it's in Contests & Promotions).
When it comes time to credit your bonus, your posts will be reviewed, and it's at that time (and only that time) that posts are subjectively judged by a human being as to whether or not they are "contributory". As long as they are, your bonus is credited; if they are not contributory, you'll get a private message on the forum about it.
There is no automatic system for auditing whether or not your posts are contributory. You can make 30 one-word replies and request a bonus. But naturally, in that case, it would be denied.
Hope this clears it up....
