Democrat or Republican

I am a Democrat but I lean Republican on certain issues like immigration and finance. I lean left on all social issues though like gay rights, abortion, etc. I sure wish both Democrats and Republicans would come together on the issue of background checks for guns and assault rifle bans. The vast majority of Americans support both types of bills no matter whether they be Democrats or Republicans.

I am a Republican and will  remain so.  I will never  vote  for a democrat. I wish  people would read up on History. Democrats were for slavery. Lincoln and the North were against it, Democrats formed the  KKK to fight for slavery. I have seen  people in some of the democrat parties  states who are  fighting  worse then they ever have and poorer then ever. the democrats are suppose to be  for the people. Nope they are for themselves in and getting rich off of us.
