Have you verified your e-mail, phone, and filled out your profile?  Read the terms of service...and if you have done all that, wait a day and if it is still not showing do a support ticket...Don't get mad!

All you have to do is answer Yes or No to 5 questions and they will give you the $5. I think I had trouble with that and support helped me do it live.

Sometimes it takes a bit more time for offers to credit. I know it took almost 5 weeks for my $5 sign up bonus to appear. Follow the instructions provided in the TOS and verify all of your information. Be patient, there are a lot of new members admin has to verify.

If you have already confirmed your email and phone, try clicking account information. I did, and discovered there were some additional fields besides those I inputted in the sign in process. Good luck!
